My Panasonic Lumix 4K journey, three months later
I've been a Panasonic Lumix 4k Photo Ambassador for three months. As my time as an ambassador comes to and end, it feels like the perfect time to catch up with how I've been getting along using the Panasonic Lumix LX-100 camera.
Firstly, for those of you who don't know about 4K photography, it's a way to capture snap-second moments from video. With the Panasonic Lumix LX-100 it's all very simple, you record a video and then playback on the camera, selecting the moments you want to save a photo of ready to upload to your computer.
4K photography really gives you a glimpse of all the little moments in life that one takes for granted. Like making a cup of tea...
As a family we've had lots of fun with the Lumix LX-100, as you've seen. Below I share my favourite things about Lumix 4K photography.
- The Panasonic Lumix LX-100 is easy and intuitive to use. I manage to work it all out without referring to the manual - which is always a good sign of good UX.
- The camera is lightweight and easy to pop in a large pocket and whip out when a good photo moment arises.
- Being able to choose the stills from the video on the camera itself is handy.
My friends at Panasonic put together a little video about my 4K photo thoughts, which seems like the perfect way to end my time as a Panasonic Lumix Ambassador - enjoy!
